Quickbooks Integration
While Umbra Pay is a standalone product, we're streamlining our workflow by implementing a 2-way live sync with Quickbooks (more coming soon). If you struggle to determine which account that you want to share, anything you work in Umbra Pay, from clients, and items will be synced back to quickbooks. This way, you'll always have an accurate P&L statement on hand.

Credit Memos
A credit memo is a documented credit that is managed and tracked on a client's profile, and can be applied to any invoice for the given client. If a credit memo exists, you'll have the option to toggle it on, in the payment options panel for an invoice. Think of it as a way to provide discounts to loyal clients and correct billing errors.

You choose who pays
You decide who pays the credit card fees, you or your client. If you set up your clients to pay it and a card is selected, the fee is automatically added onto their invoices. And, if you switch it up, you have the power to update it whenever you need.
